Within your Olympia Benefits plan, your Benefit Coordinator has set up a benefit limit for you to use. Here are some common questions regarding your benefit limit.
1. Where can I see what my current balance is?
Once you are logged into your MyOlympia account, you will see your current balance at the top right-hand corner of the website.
2. Who can use this limit?
Yourself and any of your eligible dependents who are listed on the plan will be covered by your benefit limit.
3. What happens if I submit a claim but don't have enough left in my balance to cover it fully?
We will pay out what we can for your claim until your balance is at zero dollars.
4. Will my benefit limit ever change?
Changes to your benefit limit are up to the discretion of your employer. Olympia Benefits acts as the administrator for your employer, thus we don't make any changes to your limit unless we are notified.
5. I have run out of my limit for this plan year but I still have a few receipts, can I save those for next year?
Unfortunately, receipts must be submitted using the funds from the same plan year. This means a dental receipt from 2018, must use the limit from 2018.
